At the top of the forum pages you will see the following links
Inbox My Settings My Posts Search Forum Home
Click on My Settings then click on User Settings and you can scroll down and see where to upload the pic. it is limited to 68kb.

Yeah that's what I thought but I can't get that tab to stay open. I am on a Netbook though and that might be my issue. My new laptop should be in this week some time. I'll try again when I get it.
